3 Big March Events At Hot Spring Craft Beer Cellar

If you live in central Arkansas like your's truly here, I hope you've already made a trip to Craft Beer Cellar in Hot Springs. It's a wonderful cozy place to sit and have a few beers while putting together a puzzle or hanging out with friends. It's got a great neighborhood bar feel and it's quickly obvious they know (and love) craft beer. You can actually pick out some take-home beer from the large collection of bottles and cans when you're ready to take the party to your house as well. Cool concept. I stopped in a few months ago and just love it so I suggest you visit soon. But hey if you're one of those people who need another reason, here are 3 this month for you.

Wednesday March 3rd @ 6:30PM - Atlanta's Sweetwater Brewing launches in Arkansas and CBC has a Tap Takeover planned with live music and sampling.

Friday March 17th 4:00PM - St. Patrick's Day Beerfest with plenty of breweries represented, including Diamond Bear, Lost 40, Flyway, Core, Stones Throw, Blue Canoe, Bubba Brews, Superior, Goldcrest, Ozark, Lagunitas, Founders, Sam Adams, WiseAcre, Apple Blossom, SweetWater......and more. Plus live music, Arkansas Circus Acts, locally made items from local vendors, food trucks, and more!

Saturday March 25th all day - Orval Day! Craft Beer Cellar-Hot Springs, AR will be the ONLY place in the Great State of Arkansas that the monastery has asked to be involved and receive worldwide attention not only from Merchant du Vin but from the monastery itself! Orval Day is only one day where the monastery has asked select venues to handsell Orval Trappist beer and tell it’s story, and to proudly serve and enjoy with customers. The proceeds from this day for this monastery go to support MAP - a non-profit providing clean water and food to impoverished countries. Plus live music and games to celebrate this amazing brewery!

Craft Beer Cellar is coming to Downtown Hot Springs National Park

CRAFT BEER CELLAR ANNOUNCES ITS GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION

Hot Springs National Park - Craft Beer Cellar’s new retail craft beer bottle shop and taproom, located at 120 Ouachita Avenue, will open to the public at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 1st.

 

Craft Beer Cellar offers an intimate taproom setting, featuring a selection of 24 drafts and over 400 different bottled and canned craft beers in their bottle shop. Craft Beer Cellar Hot Springs aspires to bring you the most amazing local, regional, US and international craft beers available in the market.

Along with indulging in distinctive beer from a diverse lineup of breweries, beer enthusiasts will have access to packaged food products, branded apparel, general merchandise and educated Beer Geeks sharing a passion for beer and a spirit of hospitality. Growlers, kegs, and flights will be available, and all customers are encouraged to BYOF (bring your own food) or order to-­‐go from nearby downtown restaurants.

The grand opening day will include a free gift bag with specialty Craft Beer Cellar items to the first 100 customers, tastings from Lagunitas, Lost Forty and Superior Bathhouse Brewery, beer trivia, complementary food, and a raffle for a chance to win a Yeti cooler filled with good beer surprises.

“We believe that beer should deliver a memorable experience savoring every sip—bringing all people together one beer at a time. We will provide our customers with a craft beer marketplace, amazing hospitality and entertaining educational events,” said Jen Schalow, Craft Beer Cellar Hot Springs Bottle Shop Shrink. “We want our customers to feel like a valued partner, sharing in our passions, and feeling empowered to make confident selections.”

Craft Beer Cellar Hot Springs is independently owned and operated, yet part of the Craft Beer Cellar franchise that opened in 2010 in Belmont, MA, and now has 26 stores open within the US.

The store’s hours of operation are Monday-­‐Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11:30a.m. to 10p.m.; Sunday noon to 6p.m.
